Recent StudioCloud Feature Updates

Check out these newly released StudioCloud updates and features

1. When viewing images in the online gallery, your customer's can now add and save their images as favorites! Simply add photos to favorites by dragging and dropping images into the favorites field. This new feature allows your customers to come back to the same computer at another time and view their favorite images.

2. Automatically mark up or calculate the price of your products, services and packages by clicking the calculate price button located under the Add New or Edit window in the product, services or packages tab. This new feature allows you to easily mark up your products or services by a specific amount or percentage.

3. Additionally a summary of category accounts was recently added to the Chart of Category Accounts HTML report under the printable reports tab. Check out the added information to this report.

New Update to StudioCloud Online Proofing

The development team has made some exciting changes to the StudioCloud PSG 2.0!!! Online proofing has been moved and is now available in the StudioCloud Desktop application. To create online events please visit the StudioCloud Desktop Quick Task Window on the Overview page and click the "Manage Online Proofing" button.

Online proofing will be available in the PSG until Friday June 12th, when it will be removed and find its place permanently in the desktop application. Check out the new location, increased loading speed and added features.

StudioCloud is proud to announce multi language HTML invoicing. You can now print or email your client's HTML invoices in French, Portuguese, or Spanish. Learn how to change your currency and language for HTML invoices in the StudioCloud desktop by following the instructions below.

1. Open StudioCloud desktop application
2. Click on the Settings icon
3. Click on the Studio Info. tab
4. Under Language and Currency click the drop down menu and select the currency and language to modify invoice information.
5. Click Update Contact Information

Check out this new setting, and enjoy printing or emailing HTML invoices to your clients!

New Feature--Email Price List to Clients

The development team just released a new feature that allows you to email clients a price lists of products, services and packages created within the StudioCloud desktop. Easily notify your clients of your prices by clicking the Email Price List button located in the Price List tab under the Point of Sale icon. To use this functionality make sure your email address is correctly added under the Settings icon. Take advantage of this great new, easy to use update.

Lightroom 2.0 Plug-in

To help reduce your workload StudioCloud now supports the ability to directly import Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 2.0 images into StudioCloud PSG. Use the newly added plug-in option to easily transfer Lightroom 2.0 images into a in-studio or online proofing event. Learn how by clicking HERE

StudioCloud PSG offers both in-studio and online proofing for your customers to view their photos on a projection screen in your studio or through an online gallery. Create in-studio or online events for your customers to view and order images. Invoices, client information, ordered products and services created in StudioCloud PSG are automatically integrated and updated to StudioCloud desktop suite. Recent StudioCloud Feature Updates

Check out these recent StudioCloud updates:

1. The StudioCloud development team just added cost and vendors to the desktop application. This new feature allows you to add products to vendors as well as calculate costs of products according to vendor pricing. To make use of this new feature check out the Vendors tab located under the Point of Sale icon.

2. StudioCloud now allows you to update your payment credit card information through the billings tab under the settings icon.

3. The development team has added a network diagnostics to the PSG that allows you to test your internet usage over time, and send the diagnostics to the StudioCloud support team.

4. When a payment is added to an invoice the payments now stays in time sensitive items window indefinitely.

5. Newly added full screen mode in the Online Proofing allows your customers to view their online gallery in a larger viewing area. View the sample here.

Calendar Update

Take a look at the new and improved calendar! The development team just released a new calendar across all StudioCloud products. The new design allows you to more easily view and add appointments to your daily schedule. Soon to come Re-occurring Appointments!
