I'm not seeing the option to use this beta in SC.

I am unable to see the CloudForms subscription option in the Manage Your Subscription area. Isn't this a public beta for us to use?

Jim,

Unfortunately, a few accounts have reported issues accessing the CloudForms. To resolve the issue please follow the instructions below.

Please update your StudioCloud desktop program to the latest minor release by going to Settings and clicking on the "Show Major and Minor Updates" radiobutton followed by the "Check for Updates" button. Then update to 3.1.182.

After you have updated please do the following.

Go to CloudServices
Click on the CloudForms tab
Click on the Manage button
Then select either Manage Forms or Manage Contracts.

I am updated to the latest version but still getting this message:

"To Add CloudForms to your subscription click on the 'Your Subscription' tab under 'Cloud Services' followed by the 'Manage Subscription' button"

Thank you for the quick response. This isn't a rush I'd just like to try this out.

Sorry about double posts. When it asks me to login I assumed it didn't post.

Jim,

Please restart StudioCloud and log back in. After you have logged in wait until the sync process finishing doing a sync and then you should be able to use the cloudforms.

If you can not get access to cloudforms after updating please tell us.

Does this service require a paid subscription? As others have described above, all I get is the "not in subscription" alert. I am on version 3.1.182 and it is fully synched.
